Responsibilities of this position include:

Attain/exceed annual sales objective as identified in the Company s business plan

Cultivate & maintain relationships with Builders, Contractors, and Architects to increase sales at the dealer level

Create brand awareness with Builders, Contractors, and Architects within the assigned territory to ensure growth and showcase new products.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio

Educate target groups on installation techniques, tips and tricks, and new product information

Managing leads via CRM

Ensure dealers are merchandised with current POP items

Ensure dealer employees are consistently trained on our products

Contribute ideas and developing concepts

Ensure brand standards/guidelines are consistent within the organization

Manage annual budget

Completing other related tasks as needed and assigned

We believe the successful candidate will have:

Education: Bachelor s degree (four-year college or university)

Computer Skills: Applies skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM input

Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver s license

Transportation: Reliable automobile

Credentials: Credit card

Languages: English

*Location: must live within sales territory

Other Requirements: Demonstrate influencing and well-developed presentation skills. Seasoned Sales experience: Basic, Consultative, and Negotiation. Must be competitive and a self-starter. Ability to travel in common forms of transportation (plane, car, train, etc.)

A creative mind with great attention to detail

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Ability to balance independent and team-oriented work

Hours & Compensation:

Candidates must be willing to work at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, including some weekends and nights.

The base salary for this position is commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications and is competitive with other companies in the area.

This position also is entitled to complete company benefits, including a 401k program with company match, profit sharing, health care, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, upon completion of a probationary period.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 in our lowest market up to $70,000 in our highest market, plus bonus and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at VERSATEX varies depending on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
