Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Sales Manager at Ferman Ford, located in Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining guest satisfaction, and providing exceptional guest service. The Manager will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring inventory levels, and keeping up to date with industry trends.

  • Experience using sales and guest relationship management tools
  • Previous experience in Automotive sales management


Experience working in automotive dealership management and proficiency in CRM, Vauto and related software is a plus.
