Position Highlights:
We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Senior Manager of Customer Success. Are you passionate about speaking with medical professionals, and building consultative relationships? As a key player in our Customer Success department, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talent for driving business and providing world class service to our growing base of customer/house accounts.
We are looking for a manager who will set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success organization, focusing on driving product adoption, generating positive customer experiences, and driving growth through renewals, cold calling and net retention improvements. You will manage, train and develop a team who will provide exceptional customer service to our ProDirect house and field managed accounts.

Job Responsibilities
Build and lead a world-class team of Customer Success Specialists
Manage, recruit and develop a high performing customer focused team
Drive practices to track performance of teams and individuals
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams in order to solve issues
related to customer satisfaction
Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, supporting a Customer Success Team to develop strong relationships
and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver an ongoing best-in-class customer experience
Advocate for strategic customer needs and feedback
Implement and coordinate marketing programs
Contributing to sales
Onboarding and training clients
ProDirect Customer Portal orientation
Maximize customer retention
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications:
- Proven successful sales/customer success experience.
- A management track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team revenue/retention goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Key account management. Problem solving, solution oriented mindset.
- Effectively engage with professionals at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for connecting with clients and understanding their unique needs.
- Cold Calling experience
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:
- $80000 to $90000 (Based on experience) per year base salary.

Experience:
- 2 years customer success or sales experience (Required)
- 2 years Dental or Medical Device sales experience (preferred)
- Management and cold calling experience (preferred)
