Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for Sr. Analyst, Corporate Development.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
Opportunity to join the Corporate Development (M&A) team of a privately held company with over $100 billion of AUM. The Corporate Development team is responsible for analyzing new platform acquisition and partnership opportunities. The team also supports existing portfolio companies to identify product white space and new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop analyze and maintain financial models in support of the valuation of new acquisition targets.
- Enhance financial analysis workstreams overall responsibility for maintaining financial models through due diligence and integration processes.
- Provide presentation materials for the Board and Investment Committee to support acquisition approval.
- Develop reports and trackers to account for market transactions, acquisition pipeline and deal flow.
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance required.
- 2-3 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate business development preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, ability to analyze financial statements, synthesize and present data.
- Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
