The Logistics Lead will spearhead the distribution team's efforts at the plant site, overseeing and serving as the manufacturing generalist for all department operating team members focusing on management and coordination of safety, quality, costs, raw material management and people development. You will also be responsible for production data management, coordinating transportation distribution center operations, and fostering collaboration with departments throughout the supply chain. Additionally, this pivotal role entails overseeing inbound and outbound plant operations. Experience
- 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics functions.
- 2- 4 years of leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on overseeing logistics operations.
- Manufacturing Experience
- Team leadership, facilitation and consensus building working thru engagement of various levels of the organization
- Knowledge of systems application and products software for supply chain management
- Demonstrated success in leading and collaborating across the supply chain.
- Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvements.
