The HVAC Install Helper will:
- Assist the HVAC Lead Install Technician with installation, add-ons, and replacements of HVAC systems in residential homes

- Advertised pay range is base pay plus average SPIFFS/Commissions earned at location
HVAC Install Helper Requirements:- $20 - $23/ hr
- Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
- EPA Certification desired if you do not have it yet, we will help you get it!
- Valid Driver's License
- HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market, is desired but not required
- We have bilingual Spanish/English Team Leads- Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply

HVAC Install Helper to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
