Oliver Inc. is seeking a hunter mentality, competitive, passionate National Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with key National Accounts within the food industry. The National Account Executive is an overachiever, driven to succeed in everything, and never satisfied with the status quo. They excel in partnering with business leaders and executives, cultivating long-term relationships, and aligning key stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle. Responsible for seeking out new revenue sources through targeted cold calls and visits, and constantly finding ways to increase awareness of our company and printing/packaging services.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for applying the Company s Core Values and business strategies to potential sales channels and developing new growth opportunities in a professional, honest, and ethical manner.
  • Work effectively with functional areas of business to ensure strategic accounts remains top priority.
  • Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and strategic accounts that translate into improved financial success and market share growth.
  • Develop sales projections and sales goals for the annual sales budget. Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products and follow-up on any issues related to strategic accounts.
  • Track and analyze sales data and performance metrics for strategic accounts and provide regular reports and updates on account progress to sales management, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • Proven track record of successful National Account Management in the Health and Beauty industry, working with Fortune 500 and organizations, successfully closing business in a complex sales environment that includes multiple stakeholders.
  • Remarkable communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge and comprehension of a variety CRM platforms.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure and handle shifting priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Strong critical thinking, using testing, data, and analytics to make informed and educated decisions.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
