Eufora International is seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in the professional beauty salon products industry. This is a field-based sales position responsible for developing New Accounts, nurturing growth for existing accounts and cultivating lasting relationships with partner salons in the dedicated territory.


The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, an entrepreneurial work ethic and is an independent worker who is driven to succeed. A strong social presence paired with excellent communication skills will serve the position well. You must be a detail-oriented, organized, motivated, self-starting professional looking for a fast-paced collaborative environment where you can make a difference every day.


The Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating a powerful, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists, and employees
  • Researching, qualifying, and courting key salons in the assigned territory and working in unison with sales leadership to continually identify opportunities for growth
  • Achieving a high level of performance to the overall sales and new business goals of the assigned territory monthly, quarterly, and annually, utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Managing a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts
  • Developing written account growth plans for salons in the territory
  • Maintaining high-touch service by incorporating virtual meetings and trainings to ensure ongoing sell-in of campaigns, new products, programs, and all Eufora support opportunities, including business insights, education, and other training support tools
  • Manage the territory goals and activity by working independently and from a home office as required
  • This position requires travel 25% 75%. Some evening and weekend work is required.



The required background and skills for this position are:

  • 3+ years of current/relevant business to business (B2B) sales experience within the beauty, haircare, or related industry.
  • Strong strategic account plan development skills, optimizing the sales funnel, articulating value propositions, and creating metrics to demonstrate value.
  • Exceptional personal time management, organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional business communication (written and oral) skills, and proficient and savvy public speaking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to create trust and loyal business relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), virtual meeting software (e.g., Zoom), Social Media Business best practices, and Google Suite programs
  • Ability and willingness to dedicate 50%-75% of time to traveling within the assigned territory
  • Strong track record in growing businesses, including a proven track record of selling value and developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers in customer organizations
  • Proven sales strategic planning, business development, negotiation, and prospecting skills for new business
  • The BDM must live within 20 miles of the assigned territory
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience helpful
  • A valid driver s license, a good driving record, and personal auto insurance are required.
