Digital Ad Operations is a group within Global Media Operations (GMO), responsible for executing media plans for the Company and its affiliates across all digital platforms.
This position is integral in supporting the day-to-day responsibilities for local digital media ad operations, with a heavy concentration on trafficking/reporting/troubleshooting of team s retained commercial inventory across their digital assets.
Major Responsibilities
- Support local digital media and DTC business
- Manage Promotion Proposal (PP) UI for team requests/submissions
- Traffic and schedule display and video assets across all digital platforms
- Ensure creative assets are within Company ad spec guidelines
- Monitor delivery: view impressions, clicks, and CTR
- Update team documentation for contact lists, QA database, and creative name log for internal use
- Assist with troubleshooting, and reporting as needed
- Create digital ad inventory and ad tags to be provided to developers for implementation on websites and mobile apps
- Responsible for ensuring all inventory managed by GMO-Digital has 100% filled impressions to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing contacts to serve campaigns where unfilled impressions exist across all digital media assets
Required Education/Professional Experience
1 year Digital Media Ad Operations experience required
4 year college degree preferred
Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes
Computer proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Microsoft Excel and Word, Strong organizational skills, Detail-oriented, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Strong analytical skills.
