Job Summary:

As a Scheduler at Suntec Concrete, you will be responsible for the comprehensive scheduling and planning of our construction projects. Your primary tool will be Oracle Primavera P6, utilizing it to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective project execution. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic planning and operational success of our projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction personnel to gather all necessary information for accurate scheduling.
  • Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide detailed reports and forecasts on project timelines and milestones.
  • Assist in resource planning, allocation, and optimization across multiple projects.
  • Conduct risk analysis on schedules and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Train and support team members in the use of P6.
  • Participate in project review meetings to present scheduling strategies and updates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scheduler in a construction environment, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
