QUALIFICATIONS:

10 years of experience in the field with at least 5 years of General Contracting experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in commercial construction working on Schools/Higher Education projects over $20M in size
Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
Excellent communication skills.
LEED and OSHA experience preferred.
