The Spirit of the Position
The Airport Operations Manager in North Florida will have overall management responsibility for the implementation and enforcement of operational, financial, personnel, accounting and maintenance procedures related to the airport parking operation. The Operations Manager will report to the Regional Vice President in the Florida region. Relocation assistance will be provided if necessary.
Principal Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall management, operation and maintenance of all facets of the airport parking operation.
- Responsible for always delivering the highest level of customer service in the industry to our customers at the airport.
- Adhering to all City, TSA, FAA and local government regulations and laws.
- Increasing for overall profitability of location.
- Approving annual budgets for revenue and expenses for locations.
- Evaluation, of daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and complex situations including difficult customers and timely response and resolution of any customer complaints.
- Assist LAZ Parking s Human Resources department with hiring, training, evaluating, and developing employees.
- Responsible for assisting in the financial management of the parking facility, ensuring adherence to budget as it relates to staffing, scheduling and operational expenses.
- Other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Parking management experience required.
- Valet and/or shuttle management also preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications

Physical Demands
- Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to travel 25%+
