Development Deal Manager


Job Details

JURISolutions is seeking a Development Deal Manager for a 3+ month contract with our hospitality client. The Development Deal Manager is responsible for negotiating contractual terms with prospective franchisees in alignment with corporate growth targets. Creating reports for development leadership to assess financial performance and conduct geospatial market analysis. Collaborating with various internal departments ensuring effective solutions resulting from negotiations. Maintaining accurate database information, expediting projects, and meeting deadlines. Additionally, drafting, revising, and executing franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting franchise management activities including updating Franchise Disclosure Documents and modifying existing agreements.

An undergraduate degree is required, or equivalent years of experience. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods. This position is Hybrid, in Maryland.
