Role Description
We are currently seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team. As a CHHA, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. This is an on-site role located within Monmouth/Ocean Counties.
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in the State of New Jersey
- Experience in providing personal care, medication reminders, and companionship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain documentation
- Reliable and punctual
- Compassionate and empathetic
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must pass background checks and provide references
