Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Tradesman to join our team. As a Carpenter/Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry and general labor. This position requires experience with power tools, metal stud framing, drywall, door hanging, and other maintenance person skills. Duties:
- Perform carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing, drywall installation, door hanging, and fabricating
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with general labor duties as needed, including demolition, cleanup, and material handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in carpentry or general labor roles
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques
- Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes
- Ability to hang doors accurately and efficiently
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
- Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
