We are looking for dynamic individuals who have a great understanding of the fine jewelry world and a strong background in retail sales.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of retail experience within the fine jewelry industry. A high attention to detail is a must and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a sales position, but requires a specific skill set of one-on-one customer service along with an in-depth fine jewelry knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and on a team and must be a self-starter. This is an in-store position with a starting pay range: $30 - $38/hour DOE, plus sales floor commission + benefits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Verifiable, excellent sales and customer service skills.
* Solid understanding and experience with Shopify POS + MacOS.
* Self motivated, hard working, and able to work with a team, along with a positive attitude.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Highly organized, able to follow direction.
* Punctual, excellent time management skills along with a workflow discipline
