We are growing! Our eCommerce Manager role in our Bentonville, AR office will support our clients selling to Walmart & Sam s Club. This role will lead our eCommerce function and work collaboratively with our team and clients. Our business managers, analysts, replenishment/supply chain professionals, and leadership team are highly experienced and ready to share their knowledge and help you grow your skills.

What you will be working on & responsibilities:
- Engage with our clients on their brands across multiple departments and categories
- Lead eCommerce team to achieve our clients and retailers content quality goals
- Stay current on retailers e-commerce system capabilities, strategies, and operations, along with consumer trends so you can create and execute effective strategies
- Identify best practices for eCommerce and lead execution against them
- Advise clients as they strive to capture sales in brick and mortar and online, by driving discoverability for in store, on-line, shared, and marketplace items
- Own & develop strong relationships with retailer contacts and our client s teams to optimize scores and solve problems
- Identify and execute tests to improve processes, optimize content scores, and drive sales
- Stay current on retailers digital advertising platform capabilities so you can provide insightful guidance to our clients on how to achieve best ROAS and sales results
What you will need to bring:
- 2 years experience in eCommerce Content and Item Management to achieve Walmart content goals
- Integrity, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn, grow, and engage with your teammates and clients
- Strong working knowledge of Item360 item creation and content management, Supplier Center, and Retail Link. Knowledge of Luminate, Supplier One, and Sam's Club IDM is a plus
- Drive to stay current on retailer tools and strategies
- Exceptional analysis skills (MS Excel) to identify actions needed, create meaningful data stories, communicate status, drive action, and monitor for results
- Ability to lead eCommerce function and empower eCommerce analyst roles to drive excellent results and service, while operating with integrity, compassion, respect, and attention to detail
- Experience developing clear concise communication to achieve needed alignment and action from retailers and clients. Ability to do this through verbal communications, email, and sometimes presentations (MS PowerPoint)
- Ability to engage and build positive relationships with a variety of personality types internally and externally
- Knowledge to support retailer processes such as modulars, product transitions, and other item management
- Knowledge of Walmart Connect and Sam s Club MAP capabilities so you can guide clients to best practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across client base simultaneously, including tracking and communicating project status to internal and external customers in a timely manner
