Role will be responsible for daily improvement/execution of all food manufacturing operations and overseeing Continuous Improvement, Production and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Ability to manage key departments: Engineering, Production and Continuous Improvement
- Lean Manufacturing
- Cost Management(waste, direct labor, equipment, materials) as well as financial targets/KPI's
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Management position
- 5+ years experience of previous retail manufacturing / food service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
