Elevanta, an Atlanta-area AMCI-accredited association management company, manages several franchisee associations made up of franchise owners from multiple national brands (Burger King, Buffalo Wild Wings, QDOBA, Meineke, Supercuts and more). Perform executive administrative duties to support the both the HR Manager and Elevanta s unique self-funded employee benefits program. Working in a team and collaborative environment, this position will work with our benefit service center that manages our complex program. Perform high-level administrative services for the HR Manager and must possess a working knowledge of employee benefits programs as well as government regulations.
Job Duties:
High level Administrative support using MS Office programs
Extensive accurate data input in numerous spreadsheets
Provide research, analysis, and support for special projects and presentations
Create and maintain files on proposals and presentations including current and follow-up correspondence and spreadsheets
Serve as the conduit between Elevanta departments and outside resources
Handle internal annual health insurance renewal including reviewing rates/plans, preparing open enrollment and new hire packets
Extensive interaction with all employees
Arrange conference calls between respective departments including third parties as assigned
All other duties as assigned
Experience and Education:
- College degree preferred
- Four (4) years related experience as Executive Administrative Assistant or HR Administrative Assistant any equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced Excel Skills required
- Excellent communication skills
- Considerable experience managing responsibilities
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Ability to perform with independent judgment
- Considerable knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling to edit major proposals, reports and correspondence
