SALARY RANGE: $90,000 to $140,000

SUMMARY:

Seeking a Data Analyst proficient in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor eCommerce KPIs. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance, contributing to joint business plans with DTC and Amazon, ensuring operational excellence, and providing insights for assortment optimization. The ideal candidate will utilize statistical techniques for forecasting, analyze sales and customer data for trends and opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement data-driven strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce initiatives.
  • Analyze ongoing business performance and propose recommendations to improve key KPIs such as retail sales, traffic, and average order value.
  • Key contributor to the overall joint business plans with DTC, Amazon and other e-retailers in support of delivering the targets and forecast.
  • Collaborate with DTC, Amazon, and other e-retailers to support joint business plans and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast sales, customer lifetime value, and other relevant metrics.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Proficient at analyzing Amazon Brand Analytics Consumer Behavior Reporting by tracking and gathering consumer buying habit data, changes in purchasing behavior, creating dashboards, and driving clear business activities behind the analysis.
  • Amazon Search terms by Brand and Categories- Discover which products are winning the most clicks and conversions on strategic search terms. Assess the impact of marketing campaigns by monitoring and reporting trends.
  • Repeat Purchase Behavior- Better strategize and assess marketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases and acquire new customers.
  • Market Basket Analysis- Identify cross-selling and bundling opportunities by gaining insight on products that are being purchased together by our customers.
  • Item Comparison and Alternate Purchase Behavior- Improve competitive intelligence by gaining insight on products that are most frequently viewed together with G Fuel products in addition to customers final choices after viewing our products.
  • Track and report on paid media performance, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.
  • Create dashboards and maintain tracking of sell-in and consumption for new e-retailers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website usability, conversion rates, and customer retention through data-driven insights.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to understand business questions and apply data techniques to support decision-making.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast DTC, Amazon and e-retailers sales, customer lifetime value, and other relevant metrics.
  • Develop and maintain automated solutions using Power BI or similar tools to streamline data workflows, report generation, and data visualization processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI or similar tools solutions with other business systems and applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI or similar tools best practices.
  • Analyze DTC sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media performance, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website usability, conversion rates, and customer experience through data-driven insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is typically required.
  • E-commerce Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce analysis, preferably within a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and querying databases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and product development.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape and learn new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis, web analytics, or e-commerce platforms are a plus, though not always required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce trends, best practices, and regulations in the industry.
