Schedule Details:

Hours fall between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Rotational Saturday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Training Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

New hires start on 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM shift

Pay: $16.00/hr

Requirements: To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in a Call Center.

Duties: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, following up on previous issues with customers, solving electric and gas water heater equipment issues, and detailing calls, installation, and product information. The role will require researching product/part information, inputs/documents, and maintaining/updating records using multiple web-based systems. The Customer Service Representative will also have to make warranty-related decisions for water heating and related equipment, which will take approximately $1500.
