**Customer Service Representative**
Customer Service Orlando, Florida Department **Customer Service** Minimum Experience **Entry-level** InstaNatural is looking for a full-time Customer Care Representative to support customers and internal teams via email, chat and phone communication. This position will be based out of the Central Florida (Orlando) area but is primarily a work from home position with an expectation to visit our Orlando office approximately 1-2 times a week.
We are seeking a customer centric candidate that is driven and motivated by exceeding our customers expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with customers and internal teams via email, phone, chat and Zoom and be technologically savvy, as we are a digital-first business.
Daily Tasks :
* Answer customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
* Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts and provide customer solutions
* Assist other departments with special projects
* Work across departments to communicate any reoccurring product or customer issues
* Maintain various spreadsheets, tracker and reports for customer feedback, marketing promotions, and special projects
Requirements :
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment.
* Vigorous attention to detail in areas such as proofreading.
* Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
* Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations.
* Ideal candidate has experience or knowledge of the beauty industry, especially within the clean/natural skin care category.
* Ability to establish a productive work from home environment (equipment provided by company).
* Ability to work Monday - Friday, standard business hours
