At Integrated Water Services (IWS), we make water better! For over 20 years, we've provided our customers with solutions to manage drinking and wastewater to protect people and the environment. We serve clients ranging from real estate developers, governments, and food and beverage and industrial manufacturers. And we are growing!
We're looking for a Civil Estimator who will be a key to our success by partnering with clients, design engineers, and subcontractors to assemble successful bids to build water and wastewater treatment systems across the nation.
Responsibilities include:
- Estimate wastewater and water treatment construction projects
- Qualify sub-contractor proposals for completeness and scope accuracy
- Study project plans, specifications, and schedules to determine appropriate construction methods
- Perform detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs
- Create self-perform estimates
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, utility, or industrial estimation
- Experience with HeavyBid or Sage Estimating preferred
- Ability to read and understand drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and specifications
- Prefer experience with utilities or water and wastewater treatment construction

Salary range: $100k-$150k
