*Concierge Responsibilities*
As a Concierge, you will assist the Nursing Home Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Concierge will also provide administrative support to facility personnel and provide support with business office functions. This role is dynamic and will perform a wide variety of support duties for several facility programs.
*Concierge Requirements*
* College degree required, Bachelor s Degree or Higher preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in the admissions process preferred.
* Previous work experience with social services programs preferred.
* Ability to present professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community.
* Previous experience in the long-term care industry required.
* Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.
