PBNA $15.00 per hour**This role is temporarily working from home while the office is closed due to COVID - possible hybrid model onsite/remote for training** Home internet connectivity speed of 10 Mb/sec for upload and download speeds required $15.00 per hour Class/Start Date: March 21, 2022 Zoom interviews starting week of 2/7/2022

**Daily Duties Of the PepsiCo Customer Care Advocate:**

* Interact empathetically with customers and field personnel in a call center environment via phone in response to equipment malfunctions and service requests

* Gather and validate customer/equipment information and determine the issue by analyzing the symptoms

* Research and document service related issues, escalations, and missed commitments and deliver seamless communication to ensure resolution

* Follow standardized procedures to deliver world class customer service and first call resolution

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

* High School Diploma/GED or greater

* Minimum 1year customer service experience or 4 year degree

* Strong proficiency in data entry

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime to meet business needs
