Job Description:
The Medical Administrative Assistant is a versatile role, requiring flexibility to work across various office locations daily. Responsibilities include scheduling office visits and ancillary tests, triaging calls, pre-certifying procedures and tests, handling a high volume of telephone calls, ensuring patient confidentiality, collaborating with clinical and administrative staff, and traveling between multiple sites as required.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between office locations

This position offers a contract-to-hire arrangement, with potential for overtime and conversion after 720 hours. Candidates should expect varied hours and start times, with flexibility required.
