STILLY is a lifestyle brand centered around a category of adult beverages - called a "stilly," which is made with premium vodka or other distilled spirits, fine bubbles, natural juices, and flavors. These unique and naturally refreshing beverages are sold in 12 oz slim cans and come in a variety pack of 6 cans with six distinct and delicious flavors. As STILLY expands its market, we need Brand Ambassadors who can help us reach and connect with our target audience.
Role Description
As the face of STILLY, this part-time on-site role requires a passion for our product and a strong understanding of the brand. As a Brand Ambassador, you will take charge of in-store demos, approach customers by showcasing an outgoing personality, answer customer questions about the brand and the unique beverage, and maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service. As the brand continues to develop, there will also be opportunities to demonstrate the beverage at events and in-store tastings.
Who We're Looking For:
- MUST live in Bismarck, North Dakota, or the surrounding area.
- An energetic, dependable individual with a strong social media footprint and an expansive network.
- Someone who's already a fan of STILLY and can genuinely endorse our brand.
- An individual with their own transportation can move event materials and lift up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Positively represent STILLY at various venues, primarily sampling events in stores, bars, or restaurants.
- Engage in occasional event marketing.
- Boost brand recognition through word-of-mouth marketing strategies.
- Promote STILLY on personal social media platforms.
- Diligently complete performance tracking documentation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills with a focus on customer service, engagement, and satisfaction
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Adeptness in managing and selling inventory
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- Ability to travel to various locations with reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A high school degree is required. A college degree is preferred.
Additional Details:
- This position is offered as a 1099 contract role.
- Availability is required during afternoons/evenings and on weekends.
- All necessary supplies and tools for the role will be provided by STILLY.
