Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage client account documentation efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and promptly.
  • Arrange and manage appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance adherence and submissions.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services; background in Financial Services is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with money movement transactions.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in administrative office duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations within Financial Services.
  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm - 100% in office role.
