A highly regarded California business law firm is seeking an experienced litigator with trial experience to join their esteemed litigation team. We are searching for an exceptional attorney with a strong academic background and five or more years of experience in insurance defense, liability and/or other commercial litigation. The position involves working with insurers and businesses through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. The hired candidate will be trusted to represent and counsel clients throughout all aspects of litigation regarding a variety of business and insurance related disputes.
Qualifications:
5 or more years of litigation experience in insurance defense, liability, construction defect, injury, and/or complex commercial litigation
Ability to manage cases throughout all stages of litigation; reviewing and propounding discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial prep, and attendance at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial
Possess superior writing and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
J.D., admitted and in good standing to California Bar
Experience with Federal and State Court litigation is preferred
