Practice Information
- One BC/BE Allergist needed to join a busy clinic in Logan
- Outpatient only, inpatients are covered by hospitalists, both for child and adult with consults only when needed by hospitalist
- Large referral base of employed primary care physicians in the same Medical Group
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Allergy
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- ACGME Residency
- BLS certified
