What we do: we contract with hospitals across the nation to assist with their internal staffing needs and we directly work to recruit healthcare professionals for interim contract assignments.
What you will do:
- Make sales calls on existing and prospective clients and candidates
- Generate and maintain relationships with new clients
- Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs to sell our contract services
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to placement by helping to manage the recruiting process
- Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process
What we look for:
- Must be comfortable making cold calls in a fast paced and metrics driven environment
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Competitive and driven to succeed
- Responsibilities to prioritize and organize multiple projects
- Enjoy a collaborative environment
Other details:
- This is an on-site position. You must come into the office daily.
- We're located in Peachtree Corners, GA and Atlanta, GA (across from the Braves stadium)
- Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
