Job Details


Duties Include:
  • Handling incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts and account changes
  • Making outbound calls if an alarm event is triggered
  • Working well with team members and customers
  • Monitoring alarm systems through computer software and audio surveillance systems
  • Maintaining call center database by entering information
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Call Center Experience STRONGLY preferred
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Solid work history required
  • Strong Phone Skills and Verbal Communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hour: 2:50pm - 10:50pm with weekend.
