Duties Include: - Handling incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts and account changes
- Making outbound calls if an alarm event is triggered
- Working well with team members and customers
- Monitoring alarm systems through computer software and audio surveillance systems
- Maintaining call center database by entering information
Skills/Qualifications: - Call Center Experience STRONGLY preferred
- Customer Service experience required
- Solid work history required
- Strong Phone Skills and Verbal Communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hour: 2:50pm - 10:50pm with weekend.
