This is a wonderful opportunity as they are building out a new division within the company and are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead this venture. This role offers a fast-track path to a potential management position!
A day in the life:
- Review and analyze designs, mechanical drawings, building plans, and specifications to develop scope of work.
- Work with the Design Team to determine constructibility as applicable.
- Prepare specifications that correspond with scope of work.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to obtain pricing for materials and bids for Subcontractors.
- Collaborate with Codes Specialists to ensure compliance with applicable state codes.
- Create cost estimates utilizing estimating software (Sage).
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Working knowledge of applicable codes and/or rules for each trade discipline.
- Experience in Revit and Sage software preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong math skills

Compensation:$90,000 - $105,000 annually
