Job Description:

Responsible for performing title work, title tracking, transportation tracking, and reconciling sales information in the Remarketing Department.

This team is responsible for remarketing and selling vehicles for third parties. This includes processing vehicles for credit unions, banks, etc. This team receives remarketing requests from clients, manages transportation of the vehicles in addition to posting them on Smart Auction and seeing through the sale of the vehicle.

Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the Company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner.

2. Coordinate transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines.

3. Verify, allocate and reconcile auction proceeds to appropriate accounts.

4. Prepare and send deficiency accounting letters.

5. Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and other departments to effectively complete the remarketing process.

6. Compile reports and statistical data.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.
