Workplace Type :

  • Hybrid (employees work on-site and off-site)
  • 75% travelling (maximum).


Job Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and rectify technical hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Deliver on-site assistance and client support during field assignments.
  • Set up and configure computer networks in alignment with IT principles.
  • Apply basic electrical troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues.
  • Engage in hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Generate comprehensive service reports promptly.
  • Assess client needs and offer suitable recommendations.
  • Establish rapport and trust with operators in paper mill environments.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, caballing, cameras installing
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and to the United States as required.


Compensation: $45,000 to $60,000
