We are looking for highly motivated employees who bring their all to work every day. If you re ready to rock, we re the place for you! We are currently looking to fill one our office positions and want someone that can grow in the position and grow with our company. The position starts immediately and goes until Labor Day with long-term opportunity for the right candidate. Monday through Friday (5 or 8 hours a day but times are flexible - we need someone to work until 5pm but start time is negotiable) and some Saturdays (9am - 12m) during our busy season might be needed.

We need a results-driven customer service/sales representative. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, is friendly, and has excellent communication skills and strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be provided on our software. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable, but not required.

Daily Tasks include:

• Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction
• Sells services over the phone
• Handle all emails that come in
• Collection Calls
• Offer new services to customers
• Maintains customer data records
• Processes paperwork from sales and service team members
