We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will act as the liaison between our company and our family of homeowners. A successful candidate must be able to grasp new concepts quickly, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion.

$16.00 to $23.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Customer Service
• Call Center experience
• Collection experience is a plus
• Mortgage experience is a plus
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus

• Identify and assess customer's needs
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
