We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Birthday Party Hosts. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences and have a passion for organizing celebrations, this could be the perfect role for you!JOB SUMMARY:As a Birthday Party Host at Ackerman SFC, you will play a crucial role in making children's birthdays extra special and ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. You'll be responsible for coordinating and hosting parties, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. This role is part-time and ideal for individuals who are energetic, responsible, and great with children.Key Responsibilities:*
* Welcome and greet birthday party guests and their families with a warm and friendly attitude.* Lead and participate in age-appropriate games, activities, and entertainment to ensure children have fun.* Set up and decorate party areas including tables, chairs, and decorations based on party themes and requirements.* Ensure safety and supervise all party guests during activities.* Maintain a clean and organized party space throughout the event.* Engage with parents and guardians, addressing any questions or concerns.* Follow established guidelines to ensure parties run smoothly.QUALIFICATIONS:* Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.* Experience working with children, such as coaching, teaching, or childcare.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to adapt and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.* Detail-oriented and highly organized.* Reliable, punctual, and professional.* Prefer candidates to be 16 or older.
