Program Manager (Long-Term Contract)

Location: Florida Remote with travel to Tampa & Tallahassee 25% of time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage information technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Develop detailed project documentation for Executive Management, providing clear insights into project progress and outcomes.
• Implement effective change management procedures to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
• Manage a diverse mix of local and virtual teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with external stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in managing information technology projects.
• 5 years of experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management.
• 5 years of experience with change management procedures.
• 5 years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
• 5 years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.
• Active Project Management Professional Certification.
• Experience with the Florida PALM project is a must.
• Familiarity with Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) is preferred.
