**Job Responsibilities**

* Must be able to provide driving support full time (40 hours per week) within the Dallas Texas area and surrounding areas.

* Delivery and pickup of chemicals / compressed gases.

* Physically loading and unloading of materials.

* Safe and professional operation of all assigned equipment.

* Picking & staging materials per first in first out rules (FEFO).

* Understand and follow proper spills / emergency cleanup procedures.

* Proper labeling of all materials.

* Operation of powered industrial equipment.

* Direct interface with internal & external customers.

* Support waste reduction & recycling programs.

* Additional backup support for distribution department.

* Work safely and follow appropriate safety requirements.

* Put away inbound orders and deliveries.

* Maintains Oracle Inventory.

* Performs various tasks as needs arise.

* Ability to communicate and coordinate issues.

* Proactively seek efficiencies.

* Promote change and influence the team to embrace new business tools and methods.

* Communicate inventory issues using developed tools.

* Adhere to processes and procedures.

* Perform dip-tube exchanges in a clean environment.

* Maintain and participate in site 5S program.

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or GED.

* Minimum 25 years of age.

* Must possess a valid Class 1 commercial drivers license with hazmat endorsements.

* 2 years commercial driving experience.

* Drivers license must be for state of domicile, with a clean driving record.

* Self-motivated to learn.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

* Must be able to work in a team environment, be organized and multitasking.

* Dedicated to quality and accuracy.

* Emergency Response Team member.

* Demonstrate the ability to analyze processes and find new approaches to existing processes.

* Excellent organizational skills.

* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.

* Ability to utilize system reports to manage inventory.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

* Ability to work in a clean-room environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year chemical / background and knowledge preferred.
