About the position:Goodwin Home Health is currently seeking a
PRN/On-Call Registered Nurses to work day-time hours

In your role as RN, you will develop and safely deliver high-quality skilled Home Health nursing services to seniors living in their homes. Goodwin House Home Health provides skilled care throughout Northern Virginia, focusing on the counties of: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun.A sampling of our many benefits:Health/Dental/Vision/Life

Client clinical record documentation is done per agency policyProvides direct nursing care in a Home Health setting under the guidelines of a physician s orderCommunicates with other team members regarding the Plan of Care and works closely with team members for optimal outcomesEffectively communicates with referring physicians, and provides accurate treatment notes and other necessary documentation in a timely manner, per policy.Prepares for patient discharge planning as soon as possible along with informing and preparing the patient, team members and physicianQualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrently licensed by the state board of nursing to practice as a Registered NurseAt least one-year acute care experience, Home Health preferredCurrent CPR certificationPossess a driver's license, proof of automobile insurance and readily available, reliable transportationGoodwin Living provides a supporting and enriching work environment and is proud to be an equal Opportunity Employer as well as an AARP Employer Pledge Signer.
