Human Resources Assistant

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves to make a difference? We are seeking a creative, agile, data-oriented HR Assistant who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, while supporting a global team. You will support the geographically dispersed HR Business Partner team on a range of pursuits inside our HR department in support of day-to-day and project based activites.

You should definitely have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Bachelor's degree preferably in HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Visio and PowerPoint. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to adapt quickly to various HR tools. Fast typing skills.
- Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, simple, accurate, grammatically correct).
- Strong interpersonal and team work skills to effectively interact and support people of various cultural backgrounds
- Basic knowledge of the various HR domains
- A focus on customer service and attention to detail and accuracy
