Kane Selection Ltd represents an internationally known C&S (Crushing & Screening) and Washing Systems dealer. Due to their success and expansion, our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota who will drive the sales, rentals, parts, and service of aggregate processing equipment.


The individual for this position can be based in any of the four mentioned states.



The ideal candidate will have vast experience in either C&S and/or Washing Systems. You will be/have worked for a dealer and/or a manufacturer. In addition to the responsibilities of day-to-day sales management, you will be tasked with building our client s presence in the assigned territory, including driving sustainable sales growth via distribution acquisition and fostering existing key distributor relationships representing the client's product line.



Our client delivers complex aggregate processing solutions in Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota across multiple industries: organic mulch and soil production, quarry operations, aggregate processing, recycling, and road construction. In addition, the company maintains an extensive remote service capability within the region.



Key accountabilities and Responsibilities:



  • Experience selling crushing, screening, conveying, washing, and other aggregate allied equipment.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of aggregate equipment and supporting machinery
  • Strong engineering/mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machinery operation and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal capabilities and strong communication skills.
  • Team player with an orientation towards responsive customer support
  • Meet established sales quotas, revenue goals and expense allowances to ensure the achievement of the regional business plan.
  • Professionally communicate and coordinate with central office support staff regularly.
  • Monitor the market environment to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Must possess common sense and the ability to react quickly to unexpected circumstances.
  • Work with a fast pace and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong capabilities in using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and knowledge of typical aggregate system planning software such as AggFlow.



Language Skills:


  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as engineering drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees, external vendors, and management.
  • A strong motivator with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
