Travel School Occupational Therapist Contract Job in Opelousas, LA Location: Opelousas, LA Dates: Immediate Start - June 20, 2024 Hours: Full-time Caseload: Campus-wide K-12 Traveling between schools as needed Approximately 85 students across 9 different schools Some students require monthly meetings with low frequency Requirements: Immediate Start Pay: $45 per hour Are you a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking for an immediate start opportunity in Opelousas, LA? Join our team for a full-time position working with students across multiple schools in the district. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of students while collaborating with a supportive team of educators and therapists. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple schools in the district. Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address students' unique needs and goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' participation and success in academic and extracurricular activities.
