HELVEX USA is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented District Sales Manager to represent our Sales Team in Greater Houston. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the full sales cycle within their assigned district, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account management. This role requires strong sales and negotiations, planning and execution skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to accomplish territory goals
  • Identify areas of improvement to exceed account sales quotas.

Sells the company s products in an assigned territory, representing Helvex Brand as its best.

  • Develop and execute sales plans to ensure sales growth in your assigned territory.
  • Monitors, manages, and grows existing accounts.
  • Implements Winning Complex Sales strategy by working with the full sales cycle to establish new accounts in the territory.
  • Source and close business by implementing Value selling strategies, through prospecting, following on leads, creating, and executing compelling presentations and proposals, and providing consistent follow-up.
  • Actively participate in forecast discussions and find creative ways to meet/exceed monthly and annual quotas.
  • Establish a healthy diversification in revenue contribution across product lines.
  • Convert lead and prospect accounts to buying customer status. Manage a pipeline of opportunities, forecasted accurately based on the expected close date.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues arising pre- and post-sale.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Utilizes and manages CRM tools and company software to keep all client information up to date and all activities current.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Develop and strategize pricing, contracting, operations, and marketing business initiatives to solve marketplace/customer problems and to increase Helvex s brand awareness and market share.
  • Manage product samples and marketing material.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, or related field and previous successful track- record in building materials sales.
  • Five years of outside sales experience is required.
  • Bilingual preferred. (Spanish - English).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to drive daily and spend most of the day in the market.
  • A valid driver s license with no major driving violations is required.
  • Must be able to lift (weight) pounds at times.
  • Occasional International Travel for training and meeting purposes is expected.
