We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at Windermere, you will have the opportunity to connect sellers and buyers, market listings, and offer guidance to clients in their real estate journey.

*Responsibilities*
* Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
* Understand clients' needs and propose effective solutions
* Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value
* Show and promote properties to potential buyers
* Advertise listings through various marketing channels
*Requirements*

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Demonstrated aptitude in negotiation and sales
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license
* Proven ability to work independently and effectively sell properties
* Must be 18 years or older
