If you answered yes to all the question above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking Servers**.** The Servers will work in the House Grill restaurant. The House Grill is our 365-day three meal period family restaurant. We are looking for s ervers who can provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guest of Congressional.

Note: CCC is currently following the State of MD Covid Mandates currently in place.
**What will be expected of you:**
* Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests upon seating, introduce yourself, request members club number.
* Set up and complete assigned side work, include inspect all tables in assigned section.
* Suggestive selling on menu items and highlight specials. Take member and guest orders. Special requests check with the kitchen first if it can be accommodated.
* Place orders with kitchen through Jonas POS. Inform chefs/cooks about any special cooking instructions and or food allergies.
* Reset tables in your station and assisting team members with their station.
* Verify accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips and other charges on all checks.
* Keep tables, FOH restaurant and BOH clean at all times.
* Advise supervisor/manager of any complaints and act to resolve complaints.
* Perform clean-up, side work and closing duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
* Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by supervisor/manager.
**How we determine your qualifications:**
* 1-year experience serving, required
* Wine knowledge, beginner
* Ability to work, weekends, weekdays and holidays
