**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first**As a Technical Enablement Architect, you will play a key role in empowering our Tech Enablement teams with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical solution, documentation, and resources. Your expertise will help ensure that our tech enablement teams are equipped to effectively design, implement, and support our products and solutions. Tech Enablement team primarily focuses on various activities like Technology Infrastructure Upgrades, Software Upgrades and Migration, Cloud adoption, Security Enhancements etc.+ Act as a liaison between tech enablement and other cross-functional teams to facilitate knowledge sharing & collaboration.+ Ideal candidate will have a proven track record and be able to effectively articulate experience in relationship building and working cross-functionally.+ Develop and deliver technical solutions for Tech Enablement backlog Feature.+ When needed, assist Teams, especially POs and Dev Leads, with technical requirements and estimates for stories.+ Translate customer pain points from to Features and Stories and prioritize to deliver the stories through PI planning/sprints.+ Plan, prioritize and meet the deadlines for all the TLM projects.+ Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and resources.+ Collaborate with SME's and do due diligence in terms of impact analysis for Migration and lifecycle projects.+ Lead workshops and other training sessions as needed.+ Provide technical support and guidance to Tech Enablement teams as needed.**Use your skills to make an impact****Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent and relevant work experience.+ 7 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects+ Prior project architect and/or team lead experience+ Experience in Agile development environment.+ Documentation for the systems we support is inconsistent, application archeology skills are a must.+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.+ Infrequent travel; Humana office space available if preferred and near a facility.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Master's degree+ Azure / Cloud Certifications+ Agile Certifications (SAFe preferred)+ Healthcare industry experience+ Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)+ Experience with middle tier integrations (i.e. Kafka, Message Queue)**Location/Work Style: Candidates residing in Kentucky or Wisconsin, with the ability to commute to local Humana offices in Green Bay, WI or Louisville, KY will be required to work in-office on Wednesdays, weekly.****Why Humana?**At Humana, we know your well-being is important to you, and it's important to us too. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,800 - $144,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
