We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate on our Healthcare team in San Francisco, CA, Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL.

Our experienced associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The experienced associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The experienced associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

Minimum of 2 years of direct M&A experience required

Healthcare Services experience a plus

Excellent analytical and modeling skills

Strong client management skills

The anticipated starting salary range for California-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year.Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience.This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
