Our client is looking for a Field Services Coordinator.



  • Perk: 35-hour workweek
  • Must pass a Live Scan and fingerprint background.


REQUIREMENTS


BA Degree or equivalent experience.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in modern office practices including basic computer skills.

Ability and willingness to make presentations to small groups.

Valid California driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation

Submit to and successfully complete a Live Scan fingerprinting background check.


Responsible for overseeing, supporting, and assisting volunteer and field staff with facility assignments, problematic cases and ensure quality control of documentation and reports.


  • Provide on-going support, guidance, and mentorship to staff in the receipt, investigation and resolution of concerns and complaints made by or on behalf of long-term care residents.
  • Coordinate staff and volunteer facility assignments.
  • Ensure adequate facility coverage.
  • Provide facility visitation as needed.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of complex cases.
  • Ensure timely submittal of reports by staff.
  • Review and monitor ombudsman documentation and reports.
  • Assist with Certification training and continuing education for volunteer and staff.
  • Represent the program with other agencies and organization, both public and private.
  • Make presentations to community organizations and facilities.
